In this Binology 101 class, we’ll cover basic concepts of proper wine etiquette and the role of a Sommelier.
Wine Etiquette & Wine Literacy:Â
We’ll learn about the proper usage of stemware, how to store wine, whether to decant vs. not decant, and how to properly navigate a wine list/wine shop on your own.
Wine Pairings – At Home & Out to Dine:Â
We’ll taste a variety of wines that you can pair at home to help you better understand how pairings work in a restaurant setting. We’ll also cover utilizing the sommelier when you’re out to dine.
