You want to know what the great regions of Champagne, Burgundy, Chablis, the Loire and southern Rhône valleys, and Saint-Emilion in Bordeaux have in common? The soils are rich with limestone! And while solid limestone itself is too hard for the vines to penetrate, the calcium-carbonate it contains has many valuable benefits to vine health and grapes. Join us to taste the influence this soil has on wines not just from France, but around the world. Tickets are $10 with a $5 credit toward featured wines.
