Binology 103: Rhone Valley

Some of the tastiest and most accessible of French wines come out of the Rhone Valley.This Saturday from 2 to 3:30pm we’ll take you on a tour of this magnificent region and its wines! The cooler northern Rhone valley is home to some of the greatest wines in the world made from Syrah and Viognier. The warmer southern Rhone Valley, best known for Chateauneuf-du-Pape, showcases juicy reds made from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre; and also fine whites made from Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and other unique grapes. Tickets are $39 with 10% discount towards the tasted wines.
